This Coconut Cake recipe is something we whipped up as a classic recipe with something bold added, cream cheese. To our surprise (well, not really), it got rave reviews all around! Everyone loves the subtle incorporation of the cream cheese. It’s not overly mouth-coating thick or cheesy. Truly, it brings an even more textured flavor to the cake that makes it denser, more flavorful and creamy. It compliments the coconut flakes perfectly and isn’t overly sweet like you sometimes get with vanilla buttercreams.

So, that’s how the new Coconut Cake Ball flavor was born. If you are looking for something sweet, not exactly vanilla, and has spring/summer flavor, then this recipe is your jam.
